Bachelor in Business Administration, Universidad Politécnica de Nicaragua and Master in Tax Law by CETAE (Thesis pending). In addition, he has a postgraduate degree in Accounting, Finance and Auditing from the Polytechnic University of Nicaragua.

10 years of experience in all matters related to taxes in Nicaragua, during which time he has performed tax and preventive audits in different types of industries. He has served as Tax Inspector and Audit Supervisor of the General Directorate of Revenue (DGI) for two and five years, respectively.

Participation in all the trainings given by the central DGI on the new laws, decrees, decrees, procedures and regulations created.
