Samuel has over 22 years of experience in the Tax and Business Advisory practice.

His professional career has been developed both in the public sector (General Directorate of Revenue / Ministry of Finance and Public Credit as Revenue Administrator and Director of Taxation), and in international firms (PwC as Manager and Director of Tax & Legal Services and Geneva Group International as Tax and Advisory Partner) in different countries of the region such as the Dominican Republic, Guatemala and Costa Rica, where he was in charge of high profile projects for important national and international corporate companies.
